What this website does

This website is a product catalogue. You can browse it without giving us any information. It does not have user accounts, a shopping basket or online payments.

Enquiries

The “Make an enquiry” button shows our phone number and email address. The website does not collect or store anything itself. If you email or phone us we receive what you choose to tell us, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and requirements.

How we use your information

We use it to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and (if you go ahead) supply and deliver goods and keep our business records. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and performing a contract or steps you ask for before entering one. We do not sell your information and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to deal with your enquiry or order, for example with the manufacturers who supply the products, delivery companies, and the providers of our email, accounting and IT systems. They may only use it for those purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are normally kept for up to three years. Records of orders and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires (currently at least six years).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. It loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. The hosting provider may keep basic technical server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. To do so, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
